New reports claim that Halle Berry is trying to take Nahla away from him by moving overseas.  

Halle has officially filed papers with the court requesting permission to move to France with her boyfriend Olivier Martinez and her daughter Nahla.

Sources tell TMZ that Gabriel is furious because he believes the move is punitive and designed to strip him of any contact with his daughter.

The parents are regularly in court over various disputes and this is just another chapter in an ongoing saga. Halle could have a case considering there are stronger laws against paparazzi overseas and her stalker doesn't live in France either.
