Gwen Stefani, rockstar and fabulous mother-of-two did a little pampering yesterday in West Hollywood.

The super chic Gwen had her hair wrapped in a bright red head scarf as she flashed a smile for the paparazzi as she exited a nail Planet Nails where she got a mani-pedi. She wore her signature red lipstick and oversized shades as she got into her Range Rover.
