After suffering a traumatic head injury, Halle Berry has already returned to her film set full of energy!

The 45-year-old actress, who is currently filming The Hive in L.A., was recently rushed to Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after taking a nasty fall.

But days after her hospitalization, the brave beauty was back in action! 

Halle was all smiles as she was pictured playing and chasing after her 4-year-old daughter Nahla during a film break.

According to Celebuzz, a rep clarified the incident, saying:

“Halle Berry suffered a minor head injury while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, The Hive. She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She’ll continue production as planned.”
