The ticked off Oscar winning actress was in front of her daughter Nahla's school just doing simple mommy duties like picking up her child in Beverly Hills, when she decided to finally let the photographers have it! 

DETAILS: it's Official Halle Berry Is Engaged!

A source close to the enraged mom explained, telling E!:

"Halle felt that her daughter was being threatened. Having words with someone who is stalking your family is not out of line."

Watch out! Halle will do anything to protect her little one. Back in January, Richard Franco was arrested for stalking her, but later released. 

Halle doesn't play when it comes to Nahla's safety. She recently petitioned the court for permission to let her move her and her family to France, the home of her fiance Olivier Martinez. The move would take Nahla out of America where her father Gabriel Aubry lives.
