Halle Berry‘s ex Gabriel Aubry keeps getting the short end of the stick.
First he loses one of the sexiest, most beautiful woman in Hollywood, and then he couldn’t see their child Nahla without a nanny present.
Gabriel has asked the judge to take away the nanny from now on, so that he can be with Nahla by himself.

Gabriel’s lawyer, Gary Fishbein, argued his case this AM, while Halle’s lawyer, Neal Hersh, countered. We’re told the judge took the matter under consideration. A decision is expected shortly.
