Worth 12 Bucks: "A Haunted House" Movie Review

Marlon Wayans hits a grand slam with his new movie A Haunted House! This Sh*t Ain’t Paranormal!

In this hilarious new comedy, you find out what would happen if a Paranormal Activity scenario happened to a black couple. The movie starts off with Malcolm, played by Marlon Wayans, getting ready for his girlfriend Keisha, played by Essence Atkins, to move into his house. 

While things seem on the up and up to begin with, Malcolm quickly finds out that his girlfriend brought more than her pretty little face and her stuff to move in with him - she brought a ghost!

That's when the movie gets absolutely hilarious. The jokes will make you cry from laughter, and the characters are developed in a way that make you really feel for them. 

Scene after scene, joke after joke, I found it hard to keep my composure during this horror comedy, which shouldn't be confused as a spoof. It should only be recognized as one of the funniest movies ever!

A Haunted House hits theaters on January 11th.
