Hayden Panettiere And Wladimir Klitschko Break Up, KO'd By Distance

It was all good a few weeks ago, but Hayden Panettiere and Wladimir Klitschko have called it quits. They were last spotted at the Tribeca Film Festival during the premiere of the documentary "Klitschko" and she even mentioned how well "it" worked on Ellen during the release of her movie "Scream 4." Now the couple have called it quits.

They released a statement with Hayden saying, "While we decided to split, we feel great sympathy and respect for each other and will surely stay close friends."

Wladimir Klitschko was KO'd by distance saying in his statement, "We had a great time together. But more and more we realized how difficult it is to maintain a relationship when living on two continents... I cherish Hayden as a person and woman. I'm sure we will stay friends."
