The Hip-Pop Billboard Music Awards 2011 White Carpet (PHOTOS)

The stars came out for the 2011 Billboard Music Awards at the MGM Grand Garden Arena May 22, 2011 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Some wore pants, some wore suits, some wore dresses, but everyone looked amazing. Selena Gomez filled out her extremely sexy dress, which showed off her waist. Ke$ha got dolled up and looked extravagant. 

Could she be dressing up for the occasion? The "Tik Tok" singer wants to win the Billboard Fan award, she tweeted, "ANIMALS!! Will u help me win the @billboarddotcom Fan Favorite Award?!?! I can't do it without u!!"
