The couple has been keeping a low profile ever since the birth of their daughter Blue Ivy Carter.

This past Wednesday, Jay made his first public appearance since his baby's birth by coming out to the reopening of his club 40/40 in NYC. While Jay looked as fly as ever, he was rocking a sparkling new ring on his pinky finger!

According to reports, the ring was a birthing gift from Beyonce in honor of the birth of Blue Ivy, and it cost $500,000. Hova wore the blue sapphire ring on his pinky ring in true boss fashion.
