Jay-Z's Celebration Set To Be A Happy Time In Brooklyn (PHOTOS)

Hola Hovito! Jay-Z kept it casual as he left his Manhattan condo en route to rehearsal at his very own arena, the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

The dapper rapper rocked an eye of the tiger sweatshirt and a New York hat, all while holding tightly onto his laptop, which no doubt has a bunch of gems on it - maybe some Blue Ivy home videos?

The "Otis" rapper is getting ready to really open up the building with 8 sold out shows. Jay spoke to MTV, saying:

"Pretty much all the concerts are loud and sing-a-longs, but I hope that this is a special thing," Jay said of his homecoming. "It's pretty much a celebration of having a team in Brooklyn — you know, again, everybody knows we hadn't had a team since the Dodgers, so it's really a happy time in Brooklyn."

It's a celebration for us all! Congrats to Jay-Z and to Brooklyn.
