The always flawless Jennifer Lopez walked the 84th Annual Academy Awards at the Hollywood & Highland Center. Then once inside she had a flaw.

The American Idol judge wore a long sleeved and backless silver embellished gown by Zuhair Murad and as she went to present an award her nipple slipped out of her dress! 

Jennifer paired Cameron Diaz played it off very well, but that didn't stop the cameras from catching her nipple.
