Jenny McCarthy Says Jim Carrey Won't See Her Autistic Son! (DETAILS)

Jenny McCarthy and Jim Carrey broke up over two years ago, but Jenny's autistic son Evan still asks to see Jim weekly. 

The only problem is, Jim won't see him at all.

The 39-year-old former Playboy model went on Howard Stern's show and opened up about her former love. 

"I've tried to ask (Jim) numerous times (to see Evan), because my son still asks," McCarthy told Howard Stern on his radio show Monday, adding that Evan told her he missed Carrey "almost weekly."

"I haven't (reached out directly)," she said of trying to get ahold of her ex. "I think that sometimes people need to take a real break from each other."

"But I still love him. I think you can love people from a distance and respect him. But as a mother, you just hope when you have a relationship with someone, it has nothing to do with the child when you break up."

Jenny is currently dating professional football player Brian Urlacher. While she has moved on, her son still remembers the five years she spent with the Dumb and Dumber actor.

Let's hope Jim can find a few minutes to stop by and see Evan. Breaking up with kids involved is always difficult.
