So there&rsquo;s this kind of quiet pain &ndash; it&rsquo;s quiet, but it&rsquo;s there. I don&rsquo;t feel that way when I&rsquo;m in London, I don&rsquo;t feel that way when I&rsquo;m in Paris, I don&rsquo;t feel that way in Holland; it&rsquo;s just this history of this United States hasn&rsquo;t necessarily been brushed away &ndash; and it&rsquo;s can&rsquo;t be. We have to deal with it,&rdquo; she says.</p><p>&ldquo;Face it.
