Jim Carrey Fires Back At Jenny McCarthy! (DETAILS)

Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy split back in 2010 and the seemingly amicable breakup may have taken a turn for the worse. Unfortunately, Jenny's autistic son Evan, whom she had with actor and former husband John Mallory Asher, has been dragged into the fray.

In a report from the NY Daily News, McCarthy is quoted saying: 

“I’ve tried to ask [Jim] numerous times” to see Evan, “because my son still asks,” the “Love in the Wild” host said. She acknowledged, however, that she has not reached out directly to him.

While no one knows exactly what's happening between the three, it would appear that Carrey is handling the situation maturely.

“I will always do what I believe is in the best interest of Evan’s well being,” Carrey said in a statement to The Daily News. “It’s unfortunate that Evan’s privacy is not being considered."

In Hollywood you're wrong for being right no matter the situation. Hopefully the two can settle their differences and not make Evan any more a part of this than he's already become.
