Just hours after Jennifer Lopez was spotted enjoying the spectacular view on a balcony with beau Casper Smart, she was later spotted in tears.

The 42-year-old singer and her 24-year-old dancer boy toy took in the beautiful view from their hotel balcony in Miami Beach together.

But that all came to a halt when Jennifer burst into tears during what seemed to be an emotional phone call.

Jennifer was in town for a shoot with famed photographer Mario Testino. She also reunited with ex-husband Marc Anthony on the set of their television show Q'Viva!, which may or may not be the reason behind Jenny's tears.

The two stars kept it cordial with one another throughout the duration of their divorce and seem to be working well together while filming their 12 episodes for the show.

Marc commented on his relationship with ex-wife Jennifer: 

'We're just meant to be in each other's lives on different levels. This is a long story, it's not a short story. Marriage was just one chapter ... And kids are another. We've got each other for life.'

So what seems to be the real reason behind the tears?

A broken heart and a divorce will make any sane person break down, hopefully Jennifer takes everything in stride and recovers soon, we'd love to see her smiling again.
