Katy Perry and John Mayer haven't called it quits after all!

Although they've recently been spending a lot of time away from one another, rumors that Katy could not handle her beau's playboy ways have been disproved by their recent reunion.

Katy and John were seen attending Hello Giggles blogger Sophia Rossi and New Girl co-creator Liz Meriwether's birthday party in Hollywood on Saturday. Sources say that they were extremely cozy. 

A source told USWeekly:

"John had his hand on Katy's back a lot, and they were kissing and holding hands."

Rumor has it they got back together a little sooner than we think. Supposedly, last month they attended another birthday party where they also looked like a couple.

"They were in their own world. She didn't even talk to her friends much. It was just her and John. She's obsessed with him. She said hello to people but then went right back to him."
