2012 was a roller coaster year for Justin Bieber, and it looks like he’s already found some therapy in 2013.
The “Boyfriend” singer was caught on camera smoking weed with a bunch of friends at a party in a Newport Beach hotel room on New Year’s.

TMZ has the exclusive pictures, which show the Biebz hanging out with a blunt in his hand while hanging around with some friends.
The site reports that the pictures were taken just a day after a paparazzo was killed in a car accident as he chased down Justin’s ferrari.

It turns out Bieber’s friend Lil’ Twist was at the party with his brother, who provided and rolled most of the weed, and was also the man behind the wheel of the ferrari at the time of the accident.
The paparazzo believed he saw Bieber smoking marijuana just hours before the fatal accident and while sources close to Bieber were insistent that this was not true these photos have surfaced, showing the singer smoking on January 2nd.
Justin has tweeted a response to the pictures of him smoking weed:
Well Justin is definitely proving he is all grown up and while it may be illegal in all states except two, a little weed never hurt anyone… right?
It has been reported, JB and Selena Gomez have called it quits once again after a failed attempt of reconciling. Could the Biebs be using the greenery to escape his relationship woes? We’re not sure but we hope this guy stays on the right track!
