Justin Bieber got caught smoking weed, putting a few stains on his squeaky clean image!

Add in that a paparazzo just lost his life chasing a lead that the "Boyfriend" singer was smoking that Keisha in his Porsche, and the leaked Justin Bieber weed pictures get totally messier.

So it's no wonder that JB's team is furious at the photo leak and it's prompting a full-on inside investigation. 

A source tells Us Weekly, his team "isn't happy about those photos. They are grilling security about who could have taken them."

Bieber has been taking the high road and trying to clean some of the dirt off his image.

The team is now taking precautions that if you party with the Biebs, any flicks taken inside the party belong to him.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Justin's people routinely place a sign in places where Justin parties -- a sign that says any and all photos taken at the party do NOT belong to the people who took them -- they all belong to JB.

Wow! Guess the people who snapped the pictures of Bieber smoking weed didn't get the memo. Not to mention, it was reported that Lil Twist was the one rolling the blunts for everyone and people are claiming that the Young Money rapper is a bad influence on the pop singer.
