Pictures of Kim leaving Kanye's house in the morning wearing the same thing she had on last night just hit the web, and now the new couple reconnected for a lovely lunch date at Italian restaurant Serafina in NYC. 

The popular eatery is known for their delicious cuisine, so we weren't surprised when the paparazzi screamed, "What you order? Fish filet!"
