That's sure what it looks like, despite the 20-year-old Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover girl's rep saying otherwise.

On July 6th, Kate Upton was spotted sipping a drink, which looked a lot like beer, while she hung out with her friends in All Star pitcher Justin Verlander's luxury suite at a Detroit Tigers game. It's being reported that the two are dating. Great, right? Not so great when you consider that you have to be 21 years old to drink!

Despite the video, Kate's rep is saying she wasn't drinking beer.

TMZ reports:

Kate was not drinking beer, and was only there to take in the game with a friend. The rep would not say what Kate was drinking.

A rep for the Tigers assured us, "all patrons who appear to be under 30 years old are ID'd."

Justin Verlander is one lucky guy! Even if Kate's rep won't confirm or deny if the two are actually dating...
