Fresh off her vacay with papa, Tom Cruise, Suri is back in NYC with her mom, Katie Holmes.

The 6 year old spent a few days with her dad in East Hampton, for the first time since the couple's divorce news broke, but now Suri is right back by her mom's side.

The two put on their best rainy day boots and had their umbrellas in hand as they headed to their lunch date.

While Suri was away, Katie solidified her next gig, taking on a role in Theresa Rebeck's upcoming show, Dead Accounts.

This will be the actress' first time on a Broadway stage since she appeared in All My Sons in 2008.
