Russell Brand might not be taking Katy Perry's money, but she is giving him something as a parting gift: his last name.

As the ex-couple have reached a "comprehensive written settlement" in their divorce, we discover that Katy will be going back to her maiden name.

That's right! She won't be a Brand any longer. 

Legally, Katy Perry will go back to the name her parents gave her.

TMZ Reports:

The doc also includes a check next to the box -- "Respondent's [Katy's] former name be restored to." It goes on to specify her full name ... Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson.
