Katy Perry is proving that she can be bad all by herself and is back on her grind following her divorce.

The "California Girls" singer isn’t letting her recent divorce to rocker Russell Brand get in her way as she jet-sets to the Philippines to launch her latest perfume overseas.

Katy has been MIA as new leaked about her divorce but she isn’t hiding anymore! The singer is keeping busy and expanding her fragrance line to the Philippines after releasing it in the US last year. She hosted a meet and greet with fans in Manila, Philippines to show off her collection.

Katy rocked a more conservative look with her new blue hair-do. She sported a black chiffon turtleneck dress covered with dancing ballerinas.
