The TLC biopic finally cast their final girl!
Despite T-Boz and Chilli’s original desire to not cast any popular faces, actress/singer Keke Palmer is set to play Rozanda “Chilli” Thomas in the film. The pair also decided to go with Lil Mama as Left Eye, and Drew Sidora as T-Boz.

Nineteen-year-old Palmer was only six when TLC’s third studio album Fanmail was released, but that didn’t keep her from grooving to their music.
In an interview with Vibe Magazine, she said:
“I would sing ‘No Scrubs’ over and over again to the point my parents would have to tell me to stop, but I never did, I had my little hairbrush as my mic and nobody could tell me I wasn’t the fourth member of TLC.”

The Vh1-produced flick is expected to air around the time of the group’s 20-year anniversary, and will start filming in Atlanta next month.
