Kelly Rowland and La La Anthony did some shopping at Intermix clothing store in West Hollywood, CA yesterday.

After they were done getting fresh-to-death and dressed like a million bucks, they headed over to Beso for a birthday dinner with Tika Sumpter.

Kelly Rowland turned 31 on the 11th, but her friends are still celebrating life. La La kicked off the celebrations by tweeting, "Thanking HIM for another day..reminding myself to never take ANYTHING or ANYONE for granted. Count ur blessings, not ur burdens"

Those blessing truly came in the form of good friends as the trio dined at Beso.
