Our first photo is of "Motivation" singer Kelly Rowland throwing an "X" up for her new show "X-Factor" as she arrived to the auditions. Her fellow judge, Tulisa Contostavlos made news today for putting an audience member who interrupted her in his place.

According to metro.co.uk, witnesses claim an audience member yelled "shut up!" at Tulisa as she gave feedback to the group One Step Beyond after their performance. Tulisa allegedly shot back with a "No, you shut up!" and then Kelly had to calm her down. If stuff like this goes down every episode, the show should be a hit.
