The beautiful Kelly Rowland took all the attention today on the red carpet at O2 Arena in London. Rowland is promoting her latest project as a judge on X-Factor.
Kelly definitely stole the show in her form-fitting black and green dress that had a very, very low-cut back. She wore a big silver bracelet that looked more like a wristband or part of Wonderwoman’s wardrobe. She is confident and fabulous!
