Khloe Kardashian has been hush-hush about the case involving her assaulting a transgendered woman back in 2009.

Now, the 27-year-old Kardashian sister has filed a response, saying that she acted in self-defense!

According to TMZ, Khloe went to L.A. County Superior Court recently and filed her response to the case. She claims that her actions were “reasonably necessary for her self-defense and safety." 

The transgendered woman, named Chantel Spears, sued Khloe in December for attacking her outside of a nightclub in 2009 after she told her husband Lamar Odom he was too young to be married.
