Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian may have split less than amicably, but apparently all of his relationships within the family haven't completely soured.

According to Khloe Kardashian, her sister's estranged husband is a "GOOD guy."

TMZ caught up with Khloe as she was leaving La Scala in Beverly Hills yesterday and asked how she felt about Kris' extortion case with his ex-girlfriend Myla Sinanaj. 

When asked about the attempt to extort Kris, Khloe was recorded saying, "Well, that shouldn't happen to anyone ... Kris is a good guy."

When asked if she thought Kris and Myla really had a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship, Khloe responded, "I don't know who [Kris is] f**king, it's just not my sister, that's all I know."

Khloe has always had a great head on her shoulders. It's refreshing she doesn't hold grudges for no reason.
