But Khloe Kardashian recently let E!’s Terrence J. know that Kim is doing much better, and finally feels great about her little bun in the oven.
She explained:
“She’s really great. I think she’s finally feeling great about her pregnancy. There’s an awkward time… You’re not really showing. You don’t feel like your old self.”

Most women boast and brag about pregnancy being the best time of their lives, and we wouldn’t want our girl Kim missing out on that.
So…what’s different now? Well according to Khloe, it’s all in the size of the bump!
With a smile, she told Terrence:
“So now that her bump is alive and in full effect, she’s having fun showing it off.”
