Kim Kardashian tried to relieve some stress by playing with her nephew and talking to pregnant sis Kourtney Kardashian, who is getting bigger by the day.

Meanwhile, the 31-year-old reality star spent the weekend meeting with her divorce attorney and spent about 3 hours locked in a meeting.

According to a statement issued by Kim's lawyers after a Friday court date, they believe Kris is holding things up.

Although neither Kim nor Kris appeared in court on Friday, attorney Laura Wasser told an L.A. judge, "I feel that (Humphries') personal feelings and maybe some media drive is keeping this case alive." Yikes!

Wasser then pointed out that it's been more than six months since that initial filing, and the couple is now eligible for a divorce, because, "they've been separated longer than they've been married."

Another insider told US Weekly:

"He's doing anything he can to get her attention, she would grant a divorce in a second. But he won't sign the papers. He won't let go."
