No one can deny that Kim Kardashian looks flawless whenever we see her.

However, Kim was spotted leaving a salon/clinic in Santa Monica yesterday with red spots on her face. It's been well documented that she has sensitive skin and suffers from psoriasis, but rumors have been circulating that the reality star might have gotten Botox.

In fact, she has admitted to having Botox before and was filmed having injections in 2010. At that time, she had an allergic reaction and her eyes became swollen.

After the injections, Kardashian told her family she didn't want to have any more Botox, at least until she turned 40. She has ten more years to go!

Perhaps Kim was just getting a long facial to prep for her evening look.

Despite Kim's daytime spots, she cleaned up nicely for an appearance at Valentino's 50th Anniversary party at the new flagship store opening on Rodeo Drive. She also went to Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills for a late dinner.
