Kim Kardashian Spotted In Rare Form In Santa Monica! (PHOTOS)

Kim Kardashian has left her boo, Kanye West, in NYC and headed back to her turf in California.

The reality TV star was spotted in very rare form leaving a medical center in Santa Monica, make-up free!

She also had the collar on her denim jacket artfully "popped" to cover the spot where vampire 'Ye left Kimmie a hickey during their weekend rendezvous.

According to reports, Kim went all natural to go into a tattoo and hair removal clinic. Those Armenian genes are strong so she was probably getting another round of that good ol' laser hair removal.

Kimmy was very casual, rocking a white tee, denim jacket, legging and sneaks but of course added a touch of fab with a Chanel purse.
