The pregnant Kourtney and Kim Take Miami reality star was spotted leaving her house to head to the airport just hours after landing back in California from New York City.

We would sure like to have her frequent flyer miles!

Kim was cashing in those miles to head off for Africa - even though we thought she would join her baby daddy, who is currently enjoying the sights and sounds of Paris Fashion Week Autumn/Winter 2013.

While we would have loved to see KimYe sitting front row, Kim was on the plane counting the hours until she lands in the motherland. We can only image she's a bit jet-lagged. Kim instagrammed her reality, saying:

Despite their travel plans, we think they will be together sooner rather than later.
