Reality star Kourtney Kardashian stopped by Fox & Friends this morning to discuss her pregnancy and actually addressed the Kanye & Kim rumors!

Despite having a little incident and almost tripping on some steps at Bryant Park prior to an event, the mom-to-be (again) got some help and managed to get back on her feet.

The 32-year-old reality star was asked about her sister Kim dating Kanye and her name drop in his new song,"Theraflu."

Kourtney acted like she wasn't really aware of what was going on, but claimed she didn't think that their public appearances together were part of a publicity stunt.

When asked if the two were dating, Kardashian said:

"They’re definitely friends, and have been friends for years.”

So mums the word on whether Kanye & Kim are officially dating. However, actions speak louder than words and last week we saw a whole lot of photos of the two of them!
