Kris Humphries just can't catch a break!

Today marks the second year anniversary Kris Humphries allegedly gave a woman named Kayla Goldberg herpes.

Kayla Goldberg, who filed a lawsuit in L.A. on Wednesday, claiming when she slept with the basketball star on or around August 31, 2010, said she contracted the viral disease from Kris.

But Kris, who is currently in the midst of divorcing reality star Kim Kardashian, completely denies the wrong-doing.

According to TMZ, the 27-year-old says he's "100 percent sure" he did not transmit herpes to Kayla. He feels the allegations are "completely bogus."

The rep also says Kayla threatened him with the lawsuit last year and warned him she would go public unless he paid her at least $1,000,000.
