According to TMZ, Kris’ lawyer tried serving a subpoena on Kanye West by putting it in a Nordstrom box and sending it to Kim Kardashian‘s house.

Kim must’ve been highly taken aback when she realized there wasn’t a free pair of red bottom heels in the retail giant’s box!
During a hearing that’s still happening as you read this, the 31-year-old reality star’s lawyer, Laura Wasser, told the judge in the divorce case about the ploy. Not only did Kim and Kanye receive a subpoena, but Kris Jenner, NBC Universal and Bunim/Murray Productions all got one as well.

Wasser said she’s perplexed as to why Kris Humphries thinks the marriage was a fraud – because he went in eyes wide open.
