Last Sunday, the Kardashians were interviewed by Oprah for her ‘Next Chapter’ series, and we found out a lot of new things about Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner!
When she was 14, Kim revealed to her now momager that she was ready to lose her virginity, and by 15, Kris Jenner allowed Kimmy to start using birth control.
While Kris has been receiving a lot of criticism over it, she recently went on the talk show ‘Bethenny’ to defend her decision.

She tells the audience:
Kim came to me and you know, was very honest with me and said ”Mummy I think I’m feeling, you know, sexual. What I did as a parent with all my girls, when I felt like it was that time in their life that they were going to that step… I drove as fast as I could to the gynecologist’s office. You can try and talk your kids out of [having sex], but unless you lock your child in the closet and throw the key away, they’re going to do what they feel So my philosophy has also been make sure your kids are healthy, well taken care of and educated.
She revealed what she told the gynecologist, who also delivered all of the girls as babies:
I said to him, [Kim’s] all yours. You can go in the office and have the little doctor-patient talk. It was, like, her first time there, and I said, ‘You guys got to work this out. I don’t need to know. As long as you’ve got it under control, Paul Crane, I’m good.
She also talked about Kim’s love life with Kanye West. When asked if she would support the reality star tying the knot with Yeezy she says:
I tell all of my children, follow your heart,” she said. “Do what you feel and what you want. What you think is the right thing to do — but follow your heart. Be happy. [Kim’s] really good with her intuition … Well, she hasn’t been so right lately,” Kenner quipped. “But, I think this one she’s right about.”

Looks like Kanye officially has the mother’s approval!
We’re glad that Kris is confident about her decision as a protective parent.
