Lamar Odom usually dislikes being in the spotlight, but apparently at his daughter's recent graduation, he didn't mind one bit!

Last week, Odom's 13-year-old daughter Destiny graduated from I.S. 289 in Lower Manhattan. According to a source, Destiny's mother Liza Morales originally invited Lamar's wife Khloe Kardashian to the graduation ceremony. But a few weeks before the graduation, Morales had to take back the offer because the school only allowed three tickets per family. This rule only allowed Odom, Morales and Destiny's grandmother to attend.

But that didn't stop Khloe! The source told The Daily News that the reality star was adamant about attending the event and approached the school about getting an extra ticket.

Even though Khloe didn't receive an actual ticket, she still showed up to Destiny's graduation and was allowed to enter the ceremony - as soon as she was photographed hand-in-hand with Lam-Lam!

Khloe tweeted: 

"It is going to be a HOT day in NYC today! Lamar and I are excited though!!! Its graduation day for his babies!!!"

The next day, Lamar's 10-year-old son L.J. also graduated from the same school, but Lamar and Khlo were nowhere to be found! 

The source says: 

"They got their photo-op the day before and then he couldn’t be bothered. It was beyond hurtful.” 

Other parents “couldn’t believe it."

Morales' brother and L.J's uncle Nathan attended L.J.'s graduation and when asked why Lamar was a no show, he responded: 

“Because there were no paparazzi there.”

However, a spokeswoman for the couple said that the basketball star did in fact go to L.J.'s ceremony with bro-in-law Rob Kardashian, even though Nathan claimed Lamar wasn't there.
