Lindsay, Britney And Kanye: Celebs & The Nicotine They Crave (PHOTOS)

Yesterday a smoking ban went into effect in New York City, which bans smoking in beaches, boardwalks and park and pedestrian plazas in order to eliminate second hand smoke.

There is a $50 fine for those who choose not to adhere to these rules. According to Susan Craig, press secretary for the Department of Health & Mental Hygiene, "smoking kills 7,500 New Yorkers every year."

Lindsay Lohan has been caught smoking numerous times by paparazzi. Recently, she has decided to quit cold turkey but we know how hard it is to kick the habit!
