According to new reports, the IRS has seized ALL of Lindsay's bank accounts in an effort to pay off her enormous debt. 

As we all know, the news about her indescribable tax issues have even reached good friend Charlie Sheen, who graciously gave the young actress $100,000 of his own money in order to help out the troubled starlet. 

Unfortunately, the stress seems to have taken a toll on LiLo... and we can't say we're surprised.

Between bar fights, financial dilemmas, and violating her probation, it would be pretty hard for any person to be calm. As we all know, Lindsay was arrested again just last week for fighting in an NYC nightclub. 

Apparently, some of Lindsay's friends have been telling her that she needs to go back to rehab, because she's reportedly been drinking up to two liters of vodka a day in light of all the drama.

LiLo doesn't agree and though loved ones feel it might be a good move before her upcoming court date, the rumor is that Lindsay refuses to use rehab as a "Get Out Of Jail Free" card!
