According to porn star Alex Torres, who goes by the name "Voodoo," he had sex with Lindz in her house with her dad, Michael Lohan right upstairs. Talk about risky business!

In an interview Torres did this past Friday on The Jim Richards Show, Newstalk 1010 in Toronto, he openly admitted that he canoodled with the actress and also got paid!

"Ask him [Michael Lohan] if he knows about that night I had with his daughter while he was sleeping upstairs," Voodoo says. "I'm not joking!"

"Many of these Hollywood celebrities pay me a high price dollar to come and satisfy them. I'm not joking!" he says.

To clarify, host Jim Richards says, "So you've been with Lindsay Lohan?"

"I'm saying that," Voodoo confirms.

Although Voodoo is claiming this to be true, we all know there are two sides to every story and at end of the day, we're just happy Lindsay is not back in the court room!
