As most girls know, tanning can be quite expensive. But a $40K tanning bill is more insane than the 'Tanning Mom!'

A Vegas tanning salon is claiming that Lindsay Lohan hasn't paid one cent of the $40,000 dollar tanning bill she racked up between 2007 and 2009.

A Nevada judge ordered Lindsay to pay the bill nine months ago, but it seems as though her debt must have totally slipped her mind because she has not bothered to pay up yet.

Now the Nevada tanning salon is attempting to attach Lindsay's assets to the bill until they get their money by moving the case to California, where Lindsay resides.

Let's just hope that with a $40,000 dollar tanning bill, Lindsay was using some lotion!
