Through thick or thin, GlobalGrind will always support our favorite hip-pop celebrities.
The latest example of a hip-pop star’s life and career going down in a spiral is our girl Lindsay Lohan.
Lindsay will be charged with giving false information to a peace officer, obstructing or resisting a police officer in the performance of his duty, and reckless driving.
Until then, let's take a stroll down memory lane as we look at some of Lindsay's greatest moments.
Lindsay’s career took off when she was young. As a child, she did a number of modeling gigs and commercials. One of the more memorable commercials she did was this one with Bill Cosby for Jello.
LiLo’s first real big break was when she starred in Disney’s 1998 hit The Parent Trap. She was a great actress even back then, pulling off a wonderful British accent.
Freaky Friday was Lindsay’s next huge smash. The movie grossed over $100 million at the box office. Lindsay went on to win an MTV Movie award for the movie.
Lindsay became a big star in 2004. She anchored one of the most successful movies of the decade, Mean Girls.
After the success of Mean Girls, Lindsay the actor became Lindsay the singer. She released her debut album, Speak, which was a huge success. Led by the single, "Rumors," the album would go on to go platinum.
After her huge 2004, Lindsay came right back with a great 2005. She starred in the minor hit Herbie: Fully Loaded.
Over the years, Lindsay has appeared on dozens of magazine covers. Two of the most memorable ones were when she appeared on Vanity Fair, back in 2006, and Playboy last year.
Earlier this year, Terry Richardson put out a bunch of cool pictures of the actress online, to much critical acclaim.
