While Beyonce was busy busting a move and singing her heart out in Atlantic City for her Revel show in May, her ride or die Destiny's Child besties were babysitting little Blue Ivy.

We caught up with Michelle Williams at BET's Pre Award party in LA last night, to get some words on what a night of diaper changing with Blue Ivy was like.

DETAILS: Blue Ivy Already Has Two Hot Babysitters!

Without revealing too much, the 31 year old kept it short and sweet. She says:

"Blue Ivy is an amazing baby!"

It's no secret that Beyonce is a true workaholic and with a schedule as busy as her and her hubby Jay-Z has she definitely has to call on her besties to baby sit every now and then while she conquers the world.

We're sure there will be more babysitting duties in Michelle's future.
