Michelle Williams doesn't need all the glitz and glamour when it comes to getting swept off her feet!
As a matter of fact, she didn't even know who her current boyfriend Jason Segel was when she met him.
Very popular for intricate roles in movies like Brokeback Mountain and the Dawson's Creek series, it's actually no surprise that Michelle values something real and deep in relationships.
Snagging the March cover of InStyle, the 32-year-old mom candidly talked about becoming a single parent after her boyfriend, and child's father, Heath Ledger died of accidental prescription drug overdose.
She also opened up about her new actor boyfriend, who she's really into, and whether or not people have accepted it.
She told the mag:
"I cook and clean a lot these days. I'm in a very domestic cycle and I happen to love it. I feel like this is a real expression of my love for my daughter. Not the only one, but an important one."
As for her new boo, she says:
"He is nice… I didn't actually realize who he was before I started dating him. I didn't realize he was so tall [6'4"]. I thought, 'Hey, man, you're cramping my style!' I tried wearing wedge heels for a while to compensate, but it wasn't me and I just gave up.
Michelle is moving on with life and she boldly, yet humbly, explains:
"You wish they would just want you to be happy, for your kid to be happy, and for you to have a good life and do good work. Any kind sentiment that the world can feed back, well, I won't turn it down.
If people are happy about it that makes me feel good because in my head the opposite is often true -- that people fault or blame you for things."
It can be difficult to move forward after losing such an important person in your life in such tragic circumstances.
Kudos to Michelle for making the best out of a terrible situation and staying strong for her family!
