Miley Cyrus made headlines a couple weeks ago when she chopped off her long locks in exchanged for an extra short bleach blonde hairdo.

The 19-year-old Disney star was recently spotted out in NYC doing some retail therapy to get her mind off the haters, and she looked bad ass and beautiful!

While she’s been receiving a lot of shade for the cut, some celebrities seem to like it, such as Charlie Sheen!

Miley recently tweeted to Charlie saying that he was the bomb, by using an emoji, and Charlie responded with:

Idk, w/that new haircut Miles . . . You're the [bomb icon]. Come watch the show at my place! XO
