That phrase must be what the 40-year-old man who trespassed into her LA home with scissors last year is thinking.

According to the Washington Post, Miley was just granted a three-year restraining order on the trespassing man, who was sentenced to 18 months in jail last year October, but is expected to be released in May.

The man attempted and failed to break down one of the walls of Miley's home with a pair of scissors.

As expected, Miley didn't go to the man's hearing, and his attorney declined to comment on the situation.
