It's another day in the tattoo parlor for Miss Miley Cyrus!

Miley, who is 19 and a half to be exact, added to the Roman numeral tattoo on her forearm at the Manny Pacquiao Tattoo and Souvenir shop in West Hollywood yesterday.

According to X17 Online, the LOL actress has a total of 14 tattoos, which include matching skulls with her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth on their ankles.
