The 19-year-old "Can't Be Tamed" singer celebrated her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth's birthday by licking a cake shaped like a giant man tool.

TMZ reported that the licking of the massive phallic pastry happened on Saturday night at Club Icon in Downtown L.A. - Miley quickly jumped at the chance to bite the chocolate, umm, cake.
